The current state of affairs in health care system around the world awakes deep concern in any citizen of our planet. Health care system, and in more usual sense - medicine, are extensively developed, which fully contrary to the technical and , of course, spiritual process and progress in development of any society. Paradoxically, one of the most powerful nations -- United States - at the time of financial crisis did not come up nothing better than even more increase this wasteful system of using medicine only for symptoms diminishing, dependency of our old fearful thinking against diseases, and as result - irresponsible attitude to own health.

Economies of all countries clearly show that the increase in funding of Medicine, does not give the desired result in any country in the world. His appeal, I want to draw attention to the impasse Medicine and propose a new concept as a health development and Novo system of curing diseases. All the achievements of science and the whole experience of doctors In the world will have only better use in the new system. Each doctor and patient instead of fear and hopelessness, will gain understanding situation and get a clear vision of development itself through overcoming illness and recovery. This system is without a doubt not a panacea, but its use will make a breakthrough in many areas of modern medicine, thus saves enormous resources, and above all - humanity will be at the level of the soul and body correspond to the new realities of the twenty-first century.

I, as the author, am willing to help introduce this system at any States in the form of a pilot project, and in the form of fundamental structural changes. Time is on far-sighted, delays cost for all of us more expensive and some states simply do not remain on map.
